Scott Keith, M.D.
Scott Keith MD joined Upper Cumberland ENT in 1995 after completing his residency at The Ohio State University. He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Keith provides treatment and surgery for the full spectrum of ear, nose and throat problems including endoscopic ear surgery, head and neck disease as well as facial skin cancer.


Mark Kriskovich, M.D.
Mark Kriskovich MD, joined Upper Cumberland ENT in 2002 after completing his residency at the University of Utah. He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Kriskovich provides treatment and surgery for the full spectrum of ear, nose and throat problems including head, neck and thyroid disease as well as facial skin cancer and facial plastic surgery.


Grant Rohman, M.D.
Grant Rohman MD joined Upper Cumberland ENT in 2010 after completing his residency at the University of Tennessee, Memphis. He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Rohman provides treatment and surgery for the full spectrum of ear, nose and throat problems including head, neck and thyroid disease as well as facial skin cancer and facial plastic surgery. Dr. Rohman also performs robotic head and neck surgery.


Evan J. Sanford, M.D.
Evan Sanford, MD joined Upper Cumberland ENT in 2020 after completing his residency at the University of Texas-San Antonio. He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Sanford provides treatment and surgery for the full spectrum of ear, nose and throat problems including head, neck and thyroid disease as well as facial skin cancer and facial plastic surgery.


Kimberly Sanford, AuD, CCC-A
Dr. Kimberly Sanford, AuD, CCC-A joined Upper Cumberland ENT in 2020 after completing her Doctorate of Audiology (AuD) from the University of Texas at Austin in 2017. Dr. Sanford completed her externship training at University Hospital in San Antonio, TX, where she gained experience across a variety of audiological settings, including adult and pediatric hearing evaluation and hearing aid assessments; electrophysiological testing for adults and pediatrics (including Auditory Brainstem Response testing); vestibular assessments; newborn hearing screening testing in both the outpatient and inpatient setting; Bone-Conduction Hearing Aid (i.e., BAHA) evaluations and programming, and cochlear implant programming. Dr. Sanford also has experience working in the educational audiology setting. She worked as a pediatric audiologist at Sunshine Cottage School for Deaf Children in San Antonio, TX prior to relocating to Cookeville, TN. Dr. Sanford is certified through the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA).


Cecillia Bessette, H.I.S.
Cecilia worked in healthcare in Florida for over 24 years. She served as Past President of the Medical Office Managers Association of Central Florida. She moved to Tennessee and joined The Hearing Aid Center at Upper Cumberland Ear, Nose and Throat in February 2010. Cecilia became licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist in October 2012 and is a member of the International Hearing Society.

Kara Stringer, PA-C joined Upper Cumberland ENT in 2017 after completing her degrees and training at Tennessee Tech University and Trevecca Nazarene University. Kara provides treatment for a full spectrum of ear, nose and throat problems.
