Samuel Floren, MD is a board-certified otolaryngologist providing comprehensive ENT care to patients in Cookeville and McMinnville. His clinical interests include disorders of the ear, nose, and throat, with a special focus on hearing loss and advanced treatment options.

Dr. Floren now offers Adult Cochlear Implant consultations for patients who may benefit from implantable hearing technology. These consultations include evaluation, candidacy determination, and pre- and post-operative care coordination. Cochlear implant surgeries are performed at Cookeville Regional Medical Center (CRMC), with ongoing care managed in collaboration with the hospital team.

Dr. Floren is committed to helping patients improve their quality of life through personalized, evidence-based treatment and the latest advancements in otolaryngology. Outside of the hospital, you will find him hiking, cycling, and spending time in the Tennessee outdoors with his wife.
