Dr. Samuel Floren grew up in both South Carolina and Wisconsin before pursuing higher education in Texas. He went on to complete residency in Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He joined our practice at Upper Cumberland ENT in 2025. Clinically, he is experienced in the full spectrum of otolaryngology, head and neck oncology, and facial plastic surgery. Outside of the hospital, you will find him hiking, cycling, and spending time in the Tennessee outdoors with his wife.
